business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays 
will be processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping

- Free on orders over $75.00

Express Shipping
- Delivery: 2-3 business days  
- Cost: $15.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS.

- First Class International: 14-21 days
- Priority Mail International: 6-10 days
- Priority Mail Express International: 
  3-5 days
- Rates calculated at checkout

PLEASE NOTE
- International orders may be subject to 
  customs duties and import taxes
- These charges are the responsibility 
  of the customer
- GIVORY LLC is not responsible for 
  delays caused by customs clearance

number. You can track your order at

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged please 
contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with the carrier to resolve 
the issue as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is 
correct at checkout. GIVORY LLC is not 
responsible for packages delivered to 
an incorrect address provided by the 
customer.
