RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery
for items that are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or incorrect item received
- Significantly different from the description
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items without original packaging
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at support@thegivory.com within
7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- Brief description of the issue
We will respond within 24-48 hours with
return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within
5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original
payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange defective or
damaged items for the same product.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom and personalized orders are
final sale and cannot be returned unless
defective.
